Orchestra Spring Concert: Salida Steam Plant - 3pm. There
is no admission charge, but contributions are welcome.
6 - 7 ~ Relay
for Life; Salida Relay for Life
is a fund-raiser for the American Cancer Society, at Salida High
School. Cost is $100 per team of 10-15 people; each team walks to

7 ~ Golf
for Kids Sake; To register for
the tournament, stop by or call the Salida Golf Club at 539-1060.
Community Silent Auction Party at 7 pm., everyone welcome. Support

4th Annual Salida Holistic Fair at the Chaffee County Fairgrounds,
10am - 5pm both days. Bring a canned food donation for $1 discount

Annual Howard Chili Cook-Off. Red and green chili cooking

Annual Salida Art Walk. Located in Historic Downtown Salida,
the biggest little Art Town in the West. Inviting all art enthusiasts
to the most stimulating art festival in Colorado where the entire
town is transformed into an art gallery for the weekend. Over 40
galleries, shops and resturants host this community wide event showcasing
nationally known and local artists' work while offering the public
the unique opportunity to meet the creative personalities face to
face. In addition to exhibition openings, street performers will
