The Sand Dunes Pool, also known as the "Hooper Pool" was reopened in 1995. Featuring a partially covered swimming and soaking section. A 25 person therapy pool, with temperatures 105-107 degrees. Swimming lessons and special events. The pool offers a concession stand with large menu. RV and camping sites with water and electricity are available nearby.

The Salida Hot Springs Aquatic Center is a year-round facility, offering recreation and relaxation in natural mineral water. A 25-meter, 6- lane pool dominates a large portion of the building. At approximately 84� - 86�, this pool is delightful for swimming, diving and recreational play. Two lap lanes are usually available. Across a divider wall, a smaller 4- foot pool holds water at approximately 95� - 100�. The zer-depth entry provides easy access. This pool is excellent for warm aquatherapy, exercise and soaking. Outdoor tennis courts and picnic facilities.
